We are a casual raiding guild that was founded by Garimon and Gnan prior to the release of the Burning Crusade expansion. They built the foundation for a strong and friendly guild that strives to be a home for people that are not looking for hardcore raiding but still want to experience endgame content.

We offer a friendly and social atmosphere with our own Ventrilo channel and abundant guild chat. We strive to be family friendly, but note that we are a guild run by and for adults. We are extremely tolerant of different lifestyles and views and require members of Shadowblades to show respect to others at all time. We have a good working relationship with various other guilds, and have chat channels available that have been established specifically to communicate with these guilds.

After Wrath of the Lich King was released, Rashee took over leadership of the Shadowblades, and continues building upon the work that Garimon and Gnan started.  We currently focus on 10-man content, while slowly growing the guild to be able to handle 25-man content. The overall mission statement of our guild is to see all of its members having fun.

We are always looking for new members that fit in, and are looking to have a fun time in the game. Now a new challenge awaits us: we have breached the front door of Icecrown Citadel and have started working our way towards the final confrontation with The Lich King.  We have also started going back and tackling some of the "hard mode" content that we skipped earlier in the expansion.
